Ownership Type

The VIP Co-Owner Membership is a collaborative ownership that grants each participant a 1/12 stake in a studio for 76 years, enabling multiple owners (maximum of 12 owners) to share the property.

The VIP Owner Membership is an individual ownership that grants exclusive control of a studio for the same duration.

Payment Flexibility

As a VIP Co-Owner, investors can enjoy flexibility in payment. You can choose between a full or installment payment:

1. Full Payment: Pay the entire amount at the time of reservation.2.Installment: Pay a down payment of €9,950, followed by ten monthly installments of €655 each. There are no extra costs associated with this option.
The VIP Owner investors have no option for the installment payment, and have to pay the entire amount at the time of reservation.

Affordable Price

As a VIP Co-Owner Membership, investors can enjoy a more affordable price for owning the studio, as the amount they have to pay will be shared equally with 11 other investors. Not only will you share the price of the studio, but you will also share all the maintenance fees, electricity, water, and internet consumption.

The VIP Owner Membership has to pay all costs and fees individually.

Studio Refund in 12 Years

If the estimated Return on Investment is not met in 12 years, VIP Co-Owner investors can have the option to refund their studio, however this option is not available for the VIP Owner.

Steady Earnings

Both ownership types offer the opportunity to generate passive income through studio rental. The Startup Island will take care of everything, starting from the rental process, studio maintenance, to marketing campaigns, to ensure the studio is rented consistently and provide annual income for investors.

Venture Shares

Both types of investors will be given shares if they participate in the Hackathon Program. Your investment in innovation is rewarded with a 70% shares in your own company, as well as up to 0.1% stake in each of the 50 startups created every month on the Hackathon Program. It’s a unique opportunity for substantial returns as you support groundbreaking ventures.

Investors can also sell their shares through The Startup Island with a 10% commission.

Studio Usage

Investors on VIP Co-Owner Membership can enjoy the studio for 1 month per year, rotating among owners.

Investors on VIP Owner Membership can enjoy exclusive year-round access to the studio.

Hackhathon Free Participation

VIP Co-Owner investors can enjoy complimentary participation in the hackathon program during their ownership month, while the VIP Owner investors can join complimentary participation in any month for 12 months in a year.

Est. Return of Investment

Each owner has access to the studio for one month per year. A raffle system is used to determine which investor gets to stay in the studio during each month. This adds a fair and exciting element to the ownership experience.

Choosing between VIP Co-Owner and VIP Owner membership depends on your preferences. VIP Co-Owner membership provides a more affordable entry and flexibility in the studio ownership compared to the VIP Owner membership.

As an investor with VIP Co-Owner membership, you can choose between two methods of payment:

The VIP Owner do not have this option, and should pay the entire amount at the beginning of ownership.

TSI guarantee each investors to earn a steady income even if they are not renting their studio. TSI will distribute yearly income of all studios rented each month, equally to all investors.

The projected monthly rental income is estimated to be between 800€ to 1000€ and is expected to grow over time as the market evolves and demand for the property increases.

The estimated rental income provided is on a gross basis. This means that it doesn’t include any associated expenses.

Our target rental audience encompasses two primary segments:

  • Entrepreneurs (Hackathon Program Participants):

    Individuals selected to participate in The Startup Challenge.

  • Tourists:

    Visitors seeking unique experiences and high-quality accommodations.

The studio will be marketed through various avenues:

  • Corporate Retreats:

    We will offer packages tailored to companies organizing retreats and immersive experiences.

  • Online Portals:

    Our listings will be featured on platforms like Booking, Hotels.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and more.

  • Curated Experiences:

    We will organize our own specialized experiences, ranging from marketing courses and yoga retreats to fitness sessions, cooking classes, and diving activities.

All expenses for water, electricity and internet is apart from the 65€/month maintenance fee, and will be divided equally to all investors. All bills will be sent to your email in every month.

The house come in fully equipped and furnished. It is ready for use or rent, all of which are included in the price.

If the owner wishes to stay for less than a full month, TSI cannot guarantee that the remaining days will be rented out.

Every year, TSI will provide the annual accounting book of rental incomes, signed by a notary, to all owners for complete transparency. The annual income will be distributed equally among all owners.
